Refund policy
30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Return requests made after 30 days will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be completely unopened, unused, and in original condition
- The item must be in its original packaging with all seals, labels, and tamper-proof mechanisms intact
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required
We do not accept returns of any product that has been opened, used, tampered with, or shows any sign of wear. No exceptions will be made.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, you must contact us at sales@barebeautynurses.com.
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted or processed.
If your return is approved, you will receive:
- A return shipping label
- Detailed shipping instructions

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
All shipments must be inspected upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order
- Submit clear, dated photos of:
- The damaged product(s)
- The packaging it arrived in
- Include your order number and a description of the issue in your email to sales@barebeautynurses.com
Failure to report within 48 hours or provide photographic proof will void eligibility for refund or replacement.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted under any circumstances for:
- Opened, used, or tampered skincare products
- Products missing original packaging or broken seals
- Customized or personalized items
- Gift cards
- Sale or promotional items
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
If you are unsure about a product’s eligibility, contact us before placing your order.
Exchanges
We do not offer product exchanges.
To obtain a different item, you must:
- Submit a return request for the original item (if eligible)
- Place a new, separate order for the desired product
Refunds
After your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. We reserve the right to decline any return that does not meet our policy requirements.
If your refund is approved:
- It will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider
